Communications

Chair Responsibilities: 

• Comms chair will be the only person in the committee overseeing the CUSC Instagram, social media, general emails, etc. unless otherwise requested or specified 

• Coordinating and reaching out to other chairs to see what needs to be made or brought to the student body 

• Communicating with the President to relay any updates to the student body 

• Ensuring that all members are equitably creating work 

Committee Responsibilities: 

• Creating accessible and equitable social media posts or best forms of communication to relay events, updates, resources, and more to the student body 

• Each member of the committee will be responsible for checking in with other committees to ensure that committee related advertisements (elections, finance audits, student life events, etc.) are being brought to the student body 

• Coordinating with clubs to help advertise events around campus as requested upon connection
