Chair Responsibilities: 

• Connecting with clubs to advertise the PCF grant opportunity 

• Reporting to CUSC on how many PCFs were taken out for which clubs, and how much money was taken out

• Updating the CUSC Grants and Budget Tracker

• Organizing and coordinating events with the Vice President 

• Connecting with clubs to give information on PCFs

• Updating CUSC on the events club organize using PCFs

• organizing non-CUSC volunteers when needed

• Creating Engage posts for events

• Organizing tabling to advertise campus-wide events 

Committee Responsibilities: 

• Planning campus-wide events on behalf of CUSC 

  • Examples: Halloweekend, Winterfest, Springfest

• Voting and approving PCFs

• Coordinating with clubs as needed 

• Providing updates at the CUSC meetings

• Setting up and breaking down campus-wide events on behalf of CUSC
