Grants

Chair Responsibilities: 

• Grants chair must be an elected representative on CUSC 

• Appointing members as needed to the grants committee to ensure the committee is running as needed

• Presenting to student council each grant

• Working closely with the treasurer and e-board to ensure smoothness of grants process

• Updating bylaws for grants as needed 

Committee Responsibilities: 

• Hearing students and student organizations 

• Each member has their own unique role, including:

  • Creating the grants slate

  • taking notes

  • Vice Chair acting in place of Grants chair

  • keeping up with archives of the documents 

  • outreach coordination with clubs 

  • emailing with clubs

  • answering questions

• Meeting at least once a week before council
